These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lexamplify's website, platform, and related services ("Services"). By using Lexamplify, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services and provide accurate information when creating your account.

2. Services Provided

Lexamplify offers an AI-driven legal intelligence platform to help legal professionals analyze cases, draft documents, generate court-ready arguments with verifiable citations, and manage legal workflows. Features may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the Services lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2025.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or misuse the platform.
• Ensure all legal documents and content you create or process comply with all applicable laws, court rules, and professional ethics requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client information and comply with attorney-client privilege obligations.

4. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@renormalix.com immediately.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features may be paid. Payment and billing terms will be presented at purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

By using Lexamplify, you agree we may collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; we process it to provide Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software and branding of Lexamplify are owned by Renormalix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our platform.

8. Third Party Services

Lexamplify integrates with third-party platforms (court calendar systems, legal research databases, document management systems). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or errors from those services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your access to the Services ends.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or legal outcomes. Lexamplify does not provide legal advice. The Service is a tool to assist legal professionals and should not be used as a substitute for professional legal judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexamplify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the prior three months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
